Something to consider.... European bikes are set up with the front/rear brake levers connected to the other way to what you may be used to i.e left hand is for front wheel and right hand for rear wheel

Absolutely solid advice! I’m an introvert so I prefer to do all my cycling on myself however being able to turn your head without your bike moving is a MUST to learn! Also who cares about brand new 10k+ bikes I tend to look more at the old frames those are what catch my eye! Although a new aero frame with deep wheels does look amazing can’t lie haha! Great video!

I keep a tie wrap handy in case I need to stop to put the chain back on. A little tricky but it works so you can pull the chain back on top of the gear.

I've been watching all kinds of videos on this recently. I had a proper bike fit a couple years ago when i purchased my first uci spec bike. Alas, changing saddles out and back again I could never quite get my knee height correct. I'm fairly certain I'm still a little low. Great demo showing the correct knee angle to adjust height for.
